MHI were honoured to receive not just one, but two awards at the Global Growth South-West awards hosted by Business Insider.
For our continued innovation throughout 2020, when demand for eCommerce has rocketed and international carriers have been hampered by national lockdowns, the judges were impressed with our ability to keep our client’s international parcels moving overseas throughout the year.
This has been recognised with the “International Company of the Year” and “Excellence in Innovation in International Trade” awards. MHI CEO, Paul Brown, accepted the awards himself and reflects on the recognition in the short video below:
The judges were also impressed with the innovation of our online postcard platform, SendVia. MHI have reacted to the needs of businesses struggling to communicate with potential customers through digital channels and have helped them share their physical message with those working from home.
This company Christmas present comes at a time when we’re mid-way through our festive peak in terms of eCommerce parcel processing. But rest assured, we’re as dedicated to ensuring our client’s customers all over the world receive their Christmas presents before the big day, as we are to receiving our own.
None of this would have been possible without our teams working from home and in our operational facilities every day, ensuring that our client’s mail, packets, and parcels are processed and exported to our various partners around the world. Every single one of them has played their part this year.
With the 1st of January approaching rapidly, these awards are the perfect way to round off a challenging year where as a company, a country, and a planet, we’ve had to come together and innovate in some of the most challenging circumstances in recent memory.
Merry Christmas to you all, and here’s to a brighter 2021!
