Distribution & Logistics Coordinator

The Role

This position consists of a variety of tasks with a rotation of job roles throughout the week including the following:

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound movements of goods and completing relevant courier/postal paperwork.
  • Negotiating with suppliers for the best prices and transit times to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure efficient flow of mail and parcels.

What we want:

  • Good numerical reasoning skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers and other team members
  • Good problem solving skills, to tackle different challenges daily.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and complete tasks quickly and precisely in a time sensitive situation.

Software Engineer

The Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Software Engineer. We need a logical thinker, a born problem solver, with a flexible approach and can do attitude. If that sounds like you then please read on.

The Work
As part of a small team you’ll be involved in all the key decision making as well as the regular stuff that our IT department deals with, including but not limited to:

• Design and develop software solutions
• Diagnose and fix defects
• Maintaining existing in-house software
• Web service based integration
• Proactively contribute to meetings, project planning and execution

• Microsoft SQL Server
• RESTful web services
• SOAP

Education
• Bachelor’s (Required)
